Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies. You will have up to 12 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel through the website, by sending a voicemail, or by calling us at (214) 731-6210 (business hours). If you cancel your appointment within our cancellation window (12 hours before your appointment), the deposit fee may be credited toward a future appointment. If you cancel outside the allowable window or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited. Booking your appointment will guarantee that exclusive time for you. Please let us know in advance so we can give that space to someone else.
