Cancellation Policy

Monthly Membership Policy Thank you for choosing our Monthly Membership Massage program! This membership is designed to offer you consistent, high-quality massage therapy to help you maintain your well-being. Below are the terms and conditions for the membership: Membership Overview Duration: This is a monthly membership, valid month by month from the date of purchase. Frequency of Service: Members are entitled to one massage per month. Any unused massages do not roll over to the next month. Types of Massages: Membership includes the following types of massages: Peace Sense Massage, Recharge (1hr), Body Pain Relief (Upper Body), and Massage and Therapy (Full body). Payment and Renewal Your membership fee will be charged on a monthly basis unless canceled 15 days before the expiration date. Late Payments: If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your membership will be paused until payment is received. If payment is not made after 15 days, your membership will be canceled, and any unused massages will be forfeited.Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations Booking: To book a massage, please schedule your appointment in advance through our online portal, by phone, or in person. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a loss of the session. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of that session. Expiration and Unused Massages Expiration: Unused massage will not carry over to the next month. Membership Benefits Priority Booking: Members receive priority booking over non-members, subject to availability. Discounts on Additional Services: Members will receive a 10% discount on any other massage services.Member Responsibilities Health Disclosure: Please inform your massage therapist of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session. Punctuality: Arriving on time is important to ensure you receive the full value of your session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time. Transferability Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared with others unless otherwise stated.
