Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies. You will have up to 12 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel through the website, by sending a voicemail, or by calling us at (214) 731-6210 (business hours). If you cancel your appointment within our cancellation window (12 hours before your appointment), the deposit fee may be credited toward a future appointment. If you cancel outside the allowable window or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited. Booking your appointment will guarantee that exclusive time for you.
